The Scion FR-S might be getting all the attention, but the company has just introduced the tC Release Series 8.0.
The interior utilizes sporty seats with a similar-to-the-exterior black and red fabric and stitching theme. A leather-wrapped race-inspired steering wheel with paddle shifters further denotes this new model as a special edition.As a quick refresher, it utilizes a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine producing 180 horsepower and 173 pound-feet of torque. It can reach 60mph from rest in 7.4 seconds.Set for a limited run of only 2,000 units, the 2013 Scion tC RS 8.0 will go on sale for $21,815 with a six-speed manual gearbox and $22,865 with the six-speed automatic.
